Biography
Prof. Dr. Engku Rabiah is an Honorary Professor at IIUM Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance and serves at various key Shariah advisory bodies, including the Central Bank of Malaysia, Securities Commission Malaysia and the Employee’s Provident Fund. She has decades of expertise in Islamic finance, regulation, and Shariah governance.
